We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused hair products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair extensions that have been worn or tampered with.

Can I use heat styling tools on my extensions?
Absolutely. Since our hair is 100% human hair, you can curl, straighten, and blow-dry it. We recommend using a heat protectant spray and keeping the temperature below 350°F to maintain hair longevity.
